71.04 WINTER PARKING - UPDATED 1-2019
(B) No motor vehicle or recreational vehicle or trailer of any kind shall be parked on any public street of any residential or business district following one inch or more snowfall accumulation and the continuation thereafter until such streets of the city have been plowed open from curb to curb or edge of each street where there is no curb. Any motor or recreational vehicle or trailer shall be cited by the Le Sueur County Sheriff's Dept. or towed at the expense of the owner of any motor or recreational vehicle or trailer to be in violation of this ordinance.
